What is bonded cargo?
The term “bonded cargo transportation” used in this Administration Regulations refers to the cargo transportation means duly registered with the customs under this Administration Regulations:

• 1. Bonded trucks: refers to trucks designated specifically for the inland transportation of bonded goods.


• 2. Bonded containers: refers to the packing cases designated specifically for the containerized inland transportation of bonded goods.

The various bonded cargo transportation means stated in the foregoing should be equipped with a solid structure, tight sealing and good locking equipment.
